Are returns still accepted?

Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery , provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. As we will soon be permanently closing our workshop, we kindly ask that you contact our customer service team before sending a return, so we can guide you through the process.

Will you restock items after the sale?

No, this is our final clearance sale . After 37 years of passion for fashion, Arthur will permanently close his workshop in 2026. Once the stock is gone, each piece will become a unique creation that can no longer be found.

Can I still track my order?

Of course. As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a tracking link, allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey. (Please also remember to check your spam folder.) You can also check your tracking at any time by entering your order number and email address on our Track Your Order page.
