Return Policy
⚠ Important Notice
Please note that we do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer. All approved returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia.
30-Day Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. This voluntary 30-day return policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any applicable statutory consumer rights.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original components, accessories and packaging must be included.
- The product must show no signs of damage caused by misuse or careless handling.
- Hygiene-sensitive items must be unused and clean.
- Defective items must be reported upon receipt, together with photographic evidence.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear to have been used, damaged or altered. Your statutory rights in relation to faulty or defective products remain unaffected.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you within 7 business days whether your return has been approved.
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
How to Request a Return

Your email must include:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Clear photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
- Full name
- Full address
Please do not send any items without receiving prior confirmation from us. We will provide the exact return address after reviewing your request. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Right of Withdrawal (14 Days — EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer (an individual purchasing outside the course of your professional or business activities), you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, where applicable under EU consumer law.
The withdrawal period generally expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, physically receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, by email). You may use the applicable statutory withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, we will refund the payments received from you, including standard delivery charges, without undue delay and in accordance with the applicable legal requirements. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
The direct cost of returning the goods remains your responsibility, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Important Information Regarding Shipping
As our products are shipped from our international warehouse, transit times may vary.
If your order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation under our voluntary return policy is no longer possible. In this case, please wait until you receive the item and then submit a return request. Any applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Refunds
Once your return has been approved:
- The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Address
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia. The exact return address will be provided after your return request has been reviewed and approved by our team.
Return shipping costs, customs duties and any applicable import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Returns and refunds are managed by Velour Commerce Limited.
